Bryan Clark, 30, of Des Moines was arrested and charged with public intoxication and harassment.

Goldie Ruppert of Waukee reported a theft in the 200 block of Laurel Street.

Thobela Sovara, 30, of Clive was arrested on a Polk County Warrant for failure to appear.

May 15

Kendra Marshall reported fraud in the 100 block of Second Street.

Shaelynn Crow, 34, of Waukee was arrested and charged on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear.
