Donation Canisters Out in Waukee to Help Injured Teen, Family
Waukee area residents who want to help the family of Taylor Hale with expenses can stop by local Kum & Go stores to donate, among other options.

Waukee area residents who want to help the family of Taylor Hale with expenses will now find donation canisters out at local Kum & Go and Casey's stores.
Taylor, 14, suffered a brain injury last week after falling from a car driven by an Urbandale teen. She is in critical condition at Blank Children's Hospital.
Family friend Laura Hess has set up a fundraising campaign for the family. Donation cans are available at three Waukee Kum & Go gas stations – one on University across from Waukee High School and the other on Fourth Street in Waukee. There is a third canister at the Kum & Go on Hickman and 156th St.
