2) Waukee Area Food Pantry Services

Waukee Area Christian Services food pantry is open today from 9-11 a.m. offering non-perishable food and personal items for those living in the Waukee School District or those with approval from local churches. The food pantry is located in the lower level of Westview Church.

Looking for something fun to do with the kids today? Why not take a class at the Waukee Public Library? Time for Twos is for toddlers 2-3 years-old. Children and caregivers will enjoy songs, finger plays, and read-aloud stories, followed by playtime. Time for Twos meets at 11 a.m.
Pajama Time family story time will be held tonight at 6:45 p.m. It's open to the entire family.
4) Brookview and Shuler Elementary 2nd Grade Fine Arts Nights
The Brookview Elementary 2nd Grade Fine Arts Night will be held this evening beginning at 6 p.m. in the Waukee High School auditorium. The Shuler Elementary 2nd Grade Fine Arts Night will follow at 7 p.m. There is no charge to attend either event.
