Join the Waukee Area Chamber of Commerce for the December Networking Luncheon today from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Village at Legacy Pointe. Proceeds will benefit Home Instead Senior Care's "Be a Santa to a Senior" program and the Waukee Christmas Drive. Cost is $25 per person. 3) Waukee Sports

Come out and support your favorite Waukee sports teams today.

The Waukee boys and girls bowling teams play Fort Dodge at Ridgewood Lanes in Fort Dodge. The boys JV and varsity and girls JV and varsity teams will face off beginning at 3:30 p.m.

The Waukee South Middle School 8th grade girls basketball team faces Indianola at Waukee South Middle School at 4:30 p.m.

The Waukee boys JV and varsity swim teams will meet Hoover High School at Hoover High School today at 5:30 p.m.

The Waukee 9th boys and girls basketball teams will each play Ames High School at Ames High. The girls team plays at 6:30 with the boys game to follow at 7:45 p.m.

The Waukee JV and varsity wrestlers take on Des Moines East at East High School today. The JV team wrestles at 6:30 p.m. The varsity team will follow at 7:30 p.m.

4) Eason Elementary 1st Grade Fine Arts Night

The 1st grade Fine Arts Night will be held this evening beginning at 6 p.m. in the Eason Elementary gymnasium. There is no charge to attend.
