Five Things in Waukee: Storytime, Sports, Fine Arts and a Library Meeting

1) Storytime at the Waukee Public Library

Looking for a little something to do with the kids today? The has preschool storytime for ages 3-6 at 10:15 a.m.

2) Waukee Sports

There's a lot going on today in Waukee Sports.

The Waukee boys and girls basketball teams will face Des Moines East today at Des Moines East High School. The girls JV team will play at 4:45 p.m. The boys 10th grade game will also be at 4:45 p.m. Girls varsity will play at 6:15 p.m. while the boys varsity will follow at 7:45 p.m.

The Warrior wrestlers will take on Southeast Polk tonight at Waukee High School. The JV squad wrestles at 6:30 p.m. with varsity to follow at 7:30 pm.

3) Walnut Hills Elementary 4th Grade Fine Arts Night

The 4th grade Fine Arts Night will be held this evening beginning at 6 p.m. in the Waukee High School auditorium. There is no charge to attend.

4) The Waukee Public Library Friends & Foundation Meeting

If you have an interest in getting more involved with the , the Friends and Foundation group will hold their monthly meeting tonight at the Waukee Public Library at 6:30 p.m.
