Five Things in Waukee: Turkey Dinner, a Fun Run and Beggar's Night

1) St. Boniface Church Fall Turkey Dinner
The is hosting it fall turkey dinner today from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the St. Boniface Catholic Church Parish Hall. The menu includes turkey & dressing, potatoes & gravy, vegetables, cranberries and pie. Cost is $8 for adults, $4 for children ages 3-12 and children 2 and under are free. A raffle and bake sale will also be held.
2) Run Before the Boo at the Waukee YMCA

Come to the on Sunday for the "Run Before the Boo," a 5K, 1-mile walk or 50-yard kids' dash. Costumes are welcome. Registration and packet pick-up starts at 1 p.m., with the 5K starting at 2 p.m.
