You might notice a couple changes here and there, a nip and a tuck, if you will. Heck, maybe you didn't notice at all. If that's the case, carry on. Otherwise, if you're still paying attention, here's your first taste of "the Dose." You can thank me later.

Before I tell you anything else, you should probably consider grabbing an umbrella before you leave the house. The National Weather Service is predicting a 30 percent chance of rain before 1 p.m. with a high of 73. That's all I'm going to say about that.

Speaking of kids, today is early dismissal in all . Elementary schools dismiss today at 1:40 p.m. Secondary schools dismiss at 12:50 p.m. I'm just reminding you so you don't show up two hours late for pick-up. I know because I almost did that once myself.

For all your teenagers out there in Patchland, the is having karaoke today at 1:30 p.m. Sounds like a good time to me. You wouldn't mind if I hang with you today, do you? I do a mean rendition of "Piano Man." I promise.
