5) Housing Rehabilitation Program for Low Income Residents

The Dallas County Local Housing Trust Fund mission is to "provide and expand safe and affordable housing to low income residents of Dallas County." The Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program administered by the DCLHTF assists homeowners within Dallas County with housing repairs and correcting code violation. Eligible repairs include basic structural repairs, building systems (electrical, plumbing, heating), weatherization and handicap accessibility.
