New Beginnings Daycare Needs Donated Items

The following is a list of the hours and rates for the New Beginnings Childcare and Preschool opening Sept. 26. The daycare is also open to donations of items from the public.

will officially open on Sept. 26 in the old Waukee Elementary building at 400 Locust St.

 The childcare center will have 114 spaces for children ages 6 weeks to pre-K and will be open weekdays from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Full-time tuition rates are as follows:

Infants (6 weeks to age 2) - $204

2s  - $189

4s & 5s - $163

Part-time (2 and 3 day) tuition rates are as follows:

Infants (6 weeks to age 2) $100/$147

2s - $93/$137

3s - $87/$128

4s & 5s - $83/$122

The center still needs help. If you would like to donate any of the following items, you can either contact Lori Moritz at (515) 619-0399 or you can also drop off items at New Beginnings during normal business hours, 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
