Whether you chose a cutesy name for your furball or something that says he/she's in charge, what you call your feline friend says a lot about their character.

The Banfield Pet Hospital, the world’s largest veterinary practice, compiled a list of the most popular cat names in 2011, based on names taken from its patient database from the more than 780 locations across the United States.

The most popular cat names? Bella, Max, Chloe, Oliver and Lucy. Shadow, Smokey, Tiger, Charlie and Tigger rounded out the top 10.
