3) Jethro's Jambalaya Ribbon-Cutting Postponed

A ribbon-cutting hosted by the at Jethro's Jambalaya Thursday, March 22 has been postponed. Jethro's is still open for lunch Thursday. The public will be notified when the ribbon-cutting has been rescheduled.
4) Yard Waste Pick-Up Begins April 2
Yard waste collection will begin in Waukee on Monday, April 2 and continue every Monday through the last week of November. Residents are reminded that yard waste material is to be placed in yard waste bags or clearly marked containers. Do not use garbage or recycling bins. Sticks/branches are to be bundled and are not to exceed 4 feet in length. For questions, contact the at (515) 987-4522.
5) Waukee Parks & Recreations Annual Easter Egg Hunt
The Waukee Parks and Recreation Department will hold its annual Easter egg hunt at 10 a.m. on April 7 at . The hunt will still be held rain or shine.
There are three age groups: age 4 and younger, ages 5 to 7, and ages 8 to 10.
