Around 11 p.m. on the evening of March 31, Waukee Police were called to a home in the 800 block of Lakeview Lane in Waukee.

Upon arrival, they found two men, Delmar Jensen, 31, of Urbandale and Jonathon Pogones, 31, of Ankeny, engaged in a fight. When officers told Jensen to put his hands behind his back for safety reasons, he resisted. Pogones also argued with officers and refused to be taken into custody.
