UPDATE: Waukee Trounces Council Bluffs in Substate Baseball

made quick work of Council Bluffs Thomas Jefferson High School tonight in the first round of Class 4-A district/substate play.

The Warriors won 10-0 in five innings of play.

Waukee was 23-9 heading into the quarterfinals tonight. They head straight to semi-final play on Wednesday, July 18 at 7 p.m. at Waukee High School. They will face the winner of the West Des Moines Valley/Des Moines East game in West Des Moines Monday night.
