The Waukee girls basketball team fell to Iowa City West today in the Class 4A semifinal of the Iowa State High School Girls Basketball Tournament.
The Warrior women fought the good fight today but it wasn't enough to overcome one of the top ranked teams in Iowa.Â
The Waukee High School girls varsity basketball team fell to Iowa City West today in the Class 4A semifinal round of the Iowa High School Girls Basketball State Tournament, 64-50.
The Warrior girls advanced to the semifinal round against Iowa City West after beating Mason City 49-47, on Wednesday.

This was the Warriors' fifth trip to the state tournament. They finished the season 20-6.
