Police Blotter: Waukee Man Arrested on Des Moines Warrant
The Waukee Police Department responded to several calls the week of Nov. 14-20 that included several reports of theft, possession and criminal mischief.

Waukee Man Arrested on Des Moines Warrant
Brian Thornburg, 27, of Waukee was arrested on a Des Moines Police Department warrant Nov. 17.
According to the police report, Thornburg was wanted on a no-bond warrant for assault with intent, fifth-degree criminal mischief and false imprisonment. He was arrested by Waukee Police without incident.

Nov. 14
Kevin Hilgendorf of Waukee reported a theft in the 200 block of Christopher Avenue.

Employees at Dairy Queen in Waukee reported a theft in the 200 block of East Hickman Road.
Jenny Leonard, 27, of Waukee was charged with driving while suspended.
Nov. 16
A 15-year-old male was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nov. 17
A report of harassment was taken in the 100 block of Gray Avenue.
Jacob Giampolo, 17, of Urbandale was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Nov. 20
Aaron Stevens of Waukee reported criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 100 block of Southeast Windfield Parkway.
