"Grab her hair!" someone is heard yelling as the two women are fighting. Towards the end of the video, the woman is seen being forcibly removed from the location.

According to a police report obtained by the Des Moines Register, police arrived at the restaurant around 9 p.m. Saturday where two employees told them a brawl had broken out. According to the report, two men and a woman ordered McChicken sandwiches at the restaurant but were "hungry and upset" about the wait time.

The report states there were as many as nine people behind the counter involved in the brawl. Employees told police they believed the angry customers were intoxicated, according to the report in the Register.

None of the employees were hospitalized, and the customers left in a blue four-door pickup, according to the Register.

"The safety and security of our customers is a top priority and we are partnering with law enforcement because it is still an open investigation," McDonald's said in a statement.
