Marinas.com has notified the City of Paducah that Paducah’s Transient Boat Dock is a recipient of the 2021 Boaters’ Choice Award. This is the fifth consecutive year for Paducah to receive the award which honors marinas and docks that consistently provide an excellent home for the boating community and received the most praise throughout the year from boaters.
City Manager Daron Jordan, an avid boater, said, “We are honored to receive this recognition of our ability to provide a safe, reliable, and accessible port for boaters. Our team understand that sometimes water travel can be stressful. We strive to provide an exceptional and welcoming experience for those using our facilities while visiting our community. We are pleased to learn that our team is accomplishing that goal.”

We value each review since it provides valuable feedback about our amenities, service, and opportunities to improve. I also want to thank the great team of Parks & Recreation employees who work to assist boaters and keep the docking facility clean and operational. I am so proud to see the reviews about our customer service efforts.”
