Today, the City of New Orleans Department of Sanitation reminds residents and businesses at eligible properties serviced by the City of the solid waste collection schedule for Thursday, Nov. 25, 2021 (Thanksgiving Day).Â

Outside of the French Quarter and Downtown Development District, there will be no curbside trash collection at eligible properties serviced by the City of New Orleans on Thursday, Nov. 25, 2021. Curbside trash collection will occur on Friday, Nov. 26, 2021 for all locations with regularly scheduled collection on Thursday.Â
Daily curbside trash collection will not be affected at eligible properties serviced by the City of New Orleans within the French Quarter and Downtown Development District during the Thanksgiving holiday.Â
