Nurse Puts Her Life On The Line: New Orleans Local Hero

NEW ORLEANS — It’s not just a play on words when Ned Rocks says his daughter, Kristen, rocks.

She’s a nurse at a high-risk hospital in New Orleans, one the cities hardest hit by the new coronavirus. Her dad says she’s an “exceptional nurse” on an ordinary day, but has risen to the challenge of the pandemic and is “known for the specialized care that she gives her patients.”
