Aberdeen IronBirds Move Into First Place In New York-Penn League's McNamara Division
The IronBirds lead the New York-Penn League's McNamara Division.

In the hunt for the franchise's first winning season since moving to Aberdeen in 2002, the IronBirds took over first place in their division on Wednesday night.
The IronBirds won, 2-1, Wednesday night to improve to 13-10. The club has won 13-of-18 games entering Thursday, helping erase an 0-5 start to the season.

Aberdeen leap-frogged Hudson Valley, which lost, 8-4, on Wednesday to cede a half-game lead to the IronBirds in the New York-Penn League's McNamara Division. (Full standings here)
The IronBirds have five games remaining on the current homestand, starting with a 7:05 p.m. first pitch on Thursday.
