Army officials at Aberdeen Proving Ground are warning residents about noise from a firing program set to begin next week.
The U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command will conduct a firing program beginning on or about May 20 and ending on or about May 24, according to a release. Officials warn the firing could create noise or vibrations outside the proving ground, but if conditions "are not favorable" to minimizing noise, the test will be rescheduled, the release states.
The release asks residents with questions to call 410-278-1147 or 800-688-8705.
