APG to Celebrate Asian American, Pacific Islander Heritage

The proving ground will host a day of fashion, dancing and more on May 20.

Aberdeen Proving Ground will host a fashion show, dancing and other events as it celebrates Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month later this month.

The celebration will start at 10:30 a.m. on May 20 at the Proving Ground's Myer Auditorium. It is free and open to the public.

“The APG workforce is extremely diverse and talented,” APG Equal Opportunity Advisor Tracy Marshall said in a release.  “Events that celebrate the histories, cultures and contributions found in our communities provide an excellent opportunity to celebrate as we share information and build more inclusive relationships.”
