Chick-Fil-A, Aldi Proposed For Aberdeen

The planning commission plans to review two preliminary items at next month's meeting—one to allow for a Chick-Fil-A, and another to allow for an Aldi to be built in the city.

A preliminary subdivision and a preliminary site plan for the proposed Chick-Fil-A are included on the agenda for the July 18 meeting. A preliminary site plan for the proposed Aldi is also up for review.

The proposed location of the Chick-Fil-A is a vacant lot at 1001 Beards Hill Road—at the intersection of Beards Hill Road and MD Route 22. It would neighbor the .
