Police are investigating an incident Monday in Edgewood that left one man hospitalized with a gunshot. Harford County Sheriff's Office deputies responded around 3 p.m. on Memorial Day to the area of Brookside Drive and Eloise Lane, according to department spokesman Edward Hopkins. There, they found a 47-year-old man of the 1800 block of Eloise Lane with a gunshot wound on his ankle. The man was taken to Upper Chesapeake in Bel Air with a non-life-threatening injury.
