Deputies were told a woman had been screaming outside the nearby Home Depot, and they discovered the body of Gloristine Pinkney, 73, pinned beneath a forklift.
FOX reported Pinkney was asleep in her parked car when Brown ran over her, killing her. He then stole her credit card, used it to buy gas as he drove to Washington, D.C., before returning home, where he was arrested.
