A hospital chaplain and mental health educator will reflect on “Tending the Body” at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 18, in St. Anne's Episcopal Church’s Parish Hall, 199 Duke of Gloucester St. in Annapolis, Md.
This is the second of St. Anne's five-part Epiphany Adult Forum Series, which explores caretaking, connectivity and “how disabled bodies are indispensable to the Body of Christ.”
The Rev. Caroline Stewart, a priest in the Diocese of Maryland, has learned about the importance of “Tending the Body” both inside and outside the classroom. She has earned advanced degrees in counseling, pastoral and spiritual care, and Anglican studies and has served as parish priest, hospital chaplain, mental health educator, faculty member at a medical center, and school chaplain. She is a certified instructor for Mental Health First Aid.
Come to St. Anne’s forum and learn about this most important topic from an expert in the mental health field on Sunday, Jan. 18, at the Parish Hall.
