
Mar. 29: At around 1:50 p.m., police responded to a report of a burglary on the unit-block of Twin Circle Way in Baltimore Highlands. An apartment manager was checking on a unit that was supposed to be vacant when Johnny Walker Taylor, 50 with no fixed address, allegedly fled from the premises. The apartment manager found a blanket, television and other evidence that the empty apartment had been lived in. Taylor was located nearby by police and charged with fourth degree burglary.
Mar. 30: At around 1:35 a.m., police received a call for an assault on the 3700-block of Commerce Drive in Lansdowne. A security guard observed a small maroon sedan traveling at a very high rate of speed on Robert A. Young Way. The car hit a pothole, then a curb. The security guard went to check whether the occupants were okay. When he approached the car, the passenger, a black male, pulled out a black semi-automatic pistol and told him to back away. The passesnger was deacribed as about 6' 1" tall, slender, and wearing a grey hoodie and blue jeans. The car, being driven by black female described as aout 5' 3" with a small build, fled northbound on Washington Boulevard.
