A Baltimore City man learned that no good deed goes unpunished after giving a hitchhiker a lift from Fayette and Howard streets downtown to Riverview on May 2, according to police.
At around 4 a.m., a man living on the 200 block of Mount Royal Terrace whose name is being withheld by police, picked up a hitchhiker in downtown Baltimore, officials said.
