It isn't entirely clear where this 4-minute 17-second video originated. Credited to FantasticPlanet.TV, notation on the image indicates that it is a Google Map. Artifacts on the image suggest a scanner rather than satellite photography, so it may be a layer intended to show topographic features.

In any event, the stunning view of the Patapsco valley at the end of the clip is well worth waiting through four minutes.

Although the clip is labeled Arbutus, Maryland, the video begins over the I-695/95 interchange and swoops to the northeast before banking to the left over Catonsville. The UMBC and CCBC campuses are visible before the contours leading down to the Patapsco are apparent. Ooooh, cool.
