Fatal Crash Closed I-395 In Baltimore City: Officials
A crash in Baltimore City shut down some interstate access Monday morning, officials say.

BALTIMORE, MD — A deadly crash on Interstate 395 resulted in detours Monday morning for drivers headed to Baltimore City, according to officials. The crash prompted road closures for more than three hours.
I-395 was closed to southbound traffic until about 9:45 a.m., according to the Maryland Transportation Authority Police.
The crash occurred around 6:15 a.m. on I-395 south.

While officers were responding to reports of a pedestrian in the road there, they got additional calls about a red Ford truck and a white Ford truck involved in a collision in the area, where they found the pedestrian had been hit.
She was pronounced deceased at the scene, police reported.

During the investigation, access to I-395 was restricted.
"I-395 ramps into and out of downtown are blocked," city fire officials said around 7:45 a.m.
Hanover, Russell, Pratt and Conway streets were impacted by the closure, WMAR reported.
