'Greatest Eater In History': Joey Chestnut Visits Baltimore Restaurant

​Dubbed the world's fastest eater, Joey Chestnut recently stopped by Jimmy's Famous Seafood in Baltimore.

BALTIMORE, MD — Dubbed the "greatest eater in history" by Major League Eating, Joey Chestnut recently paid a visit to a popular seafood restaurant in Baltimore.

According to Jimmy's Famous Seafood, the world's fastest eater stopped by, scarfing down some of its legendary food in the process.

"Joey Chestnut thinks he can tackle the 7-Pound Seafood UFO, 1-Pound Boss Crabcake, and The King’s Stuffed Lobster?" the restaurant posted Tuesday. "Let’s find out, shall we?"

It's not clear if Chestnut cleaned his plate — but if we had to guess, we would say "yes."

The restaurant did not say if Chestnut was simply visiting as a customer or taking part in an upcoming promotion.

When it comes to eating, Chestnut is the reigning champ. According to his bio on Major League Eating, he can eat 182 chicken wings in 30 minutes, 76 hot dogs in 10 minutes and 55 glazed doughnuts in eight minutes.

At 6 feet, 1 inch tall and weighing 238 pounds, Chestnut said he has prepare for competitions.

"The more I train for contests, I have to eat healthy," he told CNN in 2015.
