Kevin Spacey Asks Court To Void Sale Of Baltimore Mansion: Report
In the request, the embattled actor claims the buyer of his Inner Harbor waterfront condo has bullied him with threats of eviction.

BALTIMORE, MD — Attorneys for actor Kevin Spacey have asked a judge to void the pending sale of his Inner Harbor waterfront condo, which recently sold at auction for just over $3.2 million, according to a Baltimore Banner report.
In the request, Spacey has requested the court block Bethesda real estate investor Sam Asgari from purchasing the home, which he claims was sold without proper notice and for too low of a price, the Banner reported. Spacey also claims Asgari has "bullied him" with threats of publicity and eviction.
Spacey also requested the court order a new sale of the $5.6 million home, according to the report.

The "House of Cards" actor's home was auctioned in July, a year after a London jury acquitted Spacey on sexual assault charges stemming from allegations by four men dating back 20 years. Spacey moved to the Baltimore area when he started shooting the popular political thriller “House of Cards” there in 2012.
The auction was held July 25 outside the Clarence M. Mitchell Court House in Baltimore, according to the website of auctioneer Alex Cooper.
The two-unit, 9,000-square-foot condo at Pier Homes At Harborview features five levels, six bedrooms and seven full baths. The property also includes an elevator, sauna, home theatre, rooftop terrace, multiple verandas and a four-car garage.
In August, Asgari told the Baltimore Sun that Spacey was unwilling to leave the residence, at least immediately.
“We’re trying to negotiate a move-out date,” Asgari told the Sun. “He was going to leave in six months, but it costs so much money to keep that condo.”
