Kevin Spacey's Baltimore Home Sold At Auction For $3.2M
The embattled actor was facing foreclosure on the property amid financial struggles following a slew of sexual misconduct allegations.

BALTIMORE, MD — Kevin Spacey's $5.6 million waterfront condo in Baltimore recently sold at auction for just over $3.2 million amid the actor's financial struggles following a slew of sexual misconduct allegations.
The "House of Cards" actor sold his former Inner Harbor home a year after a London jury acquitted Spacey on sexual assault charges stemming from allegations by four men dating back 20 years. That was his second court victory since he saw off a $40 million lawsuit in 2022 in New York brought by actor Anthony Rapp.
But Spacey said in an emotional interview with British broadcast host Piers Morgan last month that he was millions of dollars in debt, largely because of unpaid legal bills, and facing foreclosure on the Baltimore property.

The two-unit, 9,000-square-foot condo at Pier Homes At Harborview features five levels, six bedrooms and seven full baths. The property also included an elevator, sauna, home theatre, rooftop terrace, multiple verandas and a four-car garage.
The winning bidder was acting as a proxy for a real estate developer and local businessman whose identity hasn’t been disclosed, The Baltimore Sun reported.
