New seasons of two popular MPT original series premiere on November 12
Award-winning series debut back-to-back beginning Tuesday at 7 p.m.
OWINGS MILLS, MD – Maryland Public Television’s (MPT) original series Maryland Farm & Harvest and Outdoors Maryland return for their 12th and 36th seasons, respectively, on Tuesday, November 12. Both series have earned multiple Emmy® Awards from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS), National Capital Chesapeake Bay Chapter.
Produced in cooperation with the Maryland Department of Agriculture, Maryland Farm & Harvest takes viewers on a journey across the Free State, telling engaging and enlightening stories about the farms, people, and technology required to sustain and grow agriculture in Maryland, the state’s number one commercial industry. Episodes air on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. on MPT-HD and online at mpt.org/livestream.
Outdoors Maryland, produced in cooperation with the Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR), shares stories about wildlife, people, and places across the state. The long-running series continues to captivate viewers with memorable storytelling and compelling photography. Episodes air on Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. on MPT-HD and the MPT live stream, immediately after Maryland Farm & Harvest.
