Performing Arts Group Cheers Baltimore Voters At Polls
Decked out in colorful costumes, members of Fluid Movement are providing a cheering section at ballot drop boxes throughout the city.

When voters at select locations across Baltimore drop off their ballots, they’ll be greeted by a cheering section — Fluid Movement.
