1 Killed, 2 Flown From Edgewood Crash: Officials
Philadelphia Road was shut down in Harford County Saturday due to the fatal crash, officials said.
HARFORD COUNTY, MD — One person died in a crash on MD 7/Philadelphia Road Saturday night, according to authorities.
At 7:55 p.m., crews were called to a crash with people trapped on Route 7 at Edgewood Road, according to the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association.
An adult and child were flown in critical condition to a regional trauma center, authorities reported.

As a result of the crash, Philadelphia Road was closed at Edgewood Road. All lanes remained blocked after 11 p.m.
Police and fire personnel were expected to keep the roads closed “for an extended time” due to the investigation, officials said.
