Abingdon Wawa Sells $103,000 Lottery Ticket
The Abingdon Wawa sold the highest-paying lottery prize last week in the state, according to the Maryland Lottery. It has yet to be claimed.

ABINGDON, MD — The Wawa in Abingdon sold the top Maryland Lottery prize for the last week.
The player purchased the "Fast Play" ticket for the Lucky Numbers game on Thursday, Oct. 7, according to authorities.
Lottery officials say the player has not claimed the prize as of Tuesday, Oct. 12. It is worth $103,472.

Four tickets worth over $100,000 were sold in the last week too, Maryland Lottery officials said:
- $100,000 Ravens scratch-off sold in Aberdeen
- $100,000 Money Multiplier ticket sold Oct. 10 (Monument Street Shell, 5000 Pulaski Highway) in Baltimore; unclaimed as of Oct. 12
- $100,000 Powerball ticket sold in Columbia
- $100,000 Extreme Cash scratch-off sold in Lexington Park
Winners of prizes larger than $25,000 must redeem their tickets at the Maryland Lottery headquarters in Baltimore, which is open by appointment only.
