The "Charm'tastic Mile" Unveils its St. Paul & Light Street (L-THE MILE) Promo Poster for 10th Anniv.

December 15, 2025 - The "Charm'tastic Mile" of Baltimore (CTMB-1.3) www.thecharmtasticmile.com. The chic & famed 1.3 mile corridor located in the heart of Charm City (Est.1975) that connects Dwtn-West, the Inner Harbor & Harbor East (S. Greene & W. Pratt Street to S. President & Fleet Street) that is now listed on Google search as one of he Top 10-15 Most Famous Streets in America is unveiling its St. Paul & Light Street (L-THE MILE) Promo Poster for its upcoming 10th Anniversary (2016-2026). 

St. Paul/Light Street is one of the amazing stretches of downtown that connects with The "Charm'tastic Mile" at Pratt & Light Street. The majestic and historic buildings from Penn Station to Mt. Vernon, to the entrance of Harborplace is more than a cruise and a connector, it's a journey through the heart of Charm City. 

The Hyatt Regency at 300 Light Street and the Renaissance Harborplace are the two Dwtn-hotels most associated with The "Charm'tastic Mile". The Hyatt opened in 1981 and the Renaissance in 1987. Harborplace with the two pavilions Pratt & Light Street opened in July 1980. 

This coming 2026 will mark the 10th Anniversary that The "Charm'tastic Mile" introduced itself to the City of Baltimore. The new St. Paul & Light Street (L-THE MILE) promo-poster pays homage to the street coming into downtown that connects to "The Mile". 

The businesses, apartment high-rises and hotels on St. Paul/ Light Street will be able to further connect with the Iconic 1.3 mile stretch. This past October 24th, The "Charm'tastic Mile" was highly featured on the much-anticipated Baltimore-Edition MONOPOLY Game

"The Mile" was the lead Community-Ambassador at the Renaissance Hotel to Welcome the ARMY Black Knights football team & coaches to town for their historical matchup vs NAVY. The Midshipmen defeated the Black Knights Saturday in a very competitive game 17-16.
