A new grass roots organization in Harford County called "No Kill Harford" will hold its first meeting Wednesday, Jan. 25.
The organization's mission is to help save adoptable pets and feral cats in the county.
The meeting will take place from 6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at the .
