Harford County Public Schools Adjust Schedule Due To Weather: Jan. 8
Harford County Public Schools will adjust their schedule Wednesday after a winter snowstorm canceled school Monday and Tuesday.
HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Schools and offices in the Harford County Public Schools district will open two hours late Wednesday, Jan. 8, as the district continues to dig out from the snowstorm that hit the region.
There will not be morning pre-kindergarten or before school childcare, school officials announced Tuesday afternoon.
School officials will decide by 6:30 a.m. Wednesday if school should be canceled instead, they stated.

Gov. Wes Moore declared a state of emergency due to the threat of the winter storm that blanketed parts of the state with up to 10 inches of snow in some areas.
