Stabbing In Bel Air Leads To Charges: Police
Two men have been charged with assault in connection with a September stabbing in Bel Air, police say.

BEL AIR, MD — Police said two men were charged related to a September stabbing in Bel Air.
Timothy Heckman, 31, of the 3500 block of Saluda Road in Nottingham, and Blain Donnellon, 32, of the 700 block of Custis Street in Aberdeen, were charged with first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment, according to police.
The stabbing/cutting occurred Sept. 4 in the area of George Street and Archer Street, officials said.

Investigators said they began getting tips after the incident that led to the identification and apprehension of Heckman and Donnellon.
Warrants for their arrest were issued Sept. 8, court records show.

Heckman was taken into custody Sept. 16 and has been held without bail. He is slated to appear for a preliminary hearing Oct. 16 in Harford County District Court, according to court records.
Donnellon was arrested Sept. 30 and is also being held without bail. A preliminary hearing in his case is slated for Oct. 28.
“The Bel Air Police Department thanks the community for their support and cooperation with this investigation as well as the assistance of the Maryland State Police Warrant Apprehension Unit and Harford County Sheriff’s Office,” police said in a statement.
