Tire Flies Off Moving Vehicle, Crashes Into Car: Harford Co. Fire

One person in the vehicle suffered minor injuries when a tire flew off another vehicle and crashed into the person's car, officials say.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries after a tire came off another vehicle while driving down the highway and crashed into that person's vehicle.

The tire shattered the front window and smashed the hood and the roof of the vehicle, according to emergency workers.

Firefighters with the Joppa Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company and an ambulance from the Harford County Department of Emergency Services responded to the accident.
