BETHESDA, MD — Bethesda Chevy Chase High School is no longer on lockdown because of police activity in the area, officials said Monday afternoon.

The lockdown has been lifted, and the school is proceeding with its regular dismissal schedule, police shared on X, formerly Twitter, at 3:10 p.m.
