New Gluten-Free Bakery 'Opening Soon' In Bethesda: Report

BETHESDA, MD — A new “opening soon” sign has been placed at the front of what will be a gluten-free bakery in downtown Bethesda, Robert Dyer @ Bethesda Row reported Monday.

Josephine Artisan Gluten-Free Bakery, at 4927 St. Elmo Ave. in Bethesda, will serve "savory and sweet waffles" and pastries. The "opening soon" sign replaces a "coming soon" sign placed in the shop's window last spring.

The space was formerly home to Bone Jour, Robert Dyer reported.
