Woodmont Terrace On Pace to Sell Out
The Grandview's second building offers larger floor plans, even more amenities

Potomac Heights, the first residence building at The Grandview, an Erickson Senior Living community in Bethesda, Md., will soon be joined by a new neighbor--Woodmont Terrace.
Woodmont Terrace has generated significant interest, according to Sales Director George Mishraky. Reservations began last fall, and the building is nearly sold out.
"It opens this fall, so if you're interested in moving in, now is the time to join the Priority List!" he says. "There are so many advantages to being on the Priority List, including first choice on homes, exclusive events, and updates on the community's progress. It's a really smart decision to join."

Spacious floor plans
Woodmont Terrace offers 14 distinct floor plans, including seven brand-new ones.

The Woodrow--nearly 2,000 square feet--is the largest floor plan, boasting three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a den.
"It's gigantic!" says Mishraky. "Even if you are moving from a large house, you'll be impressed by the space in the Woodrow."
He continues, "In fact, Woodmont Terrace has bigger floor plans overall. Thanks to feedback from prospective residents, we discovered that many people were seeking more living space. So, we included the popular floor plans from Potomac Heights and then added new, larger homes."
Another notable floor plan in Woodmont Terrace is the Washington, which has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den, a laundry room, and 1,783 square feet of living space. "People will absolutely love the gourmet kitchen with a big island," Mishraky adds.
Just like Potomac Heights, all homes in Woodmont Terrace feature balconies.
Some one-bedroom homes will be available in Woodmont Terrace as well. These unique, below-market-rate residences are priced to reflect a moderate income and require financial approval through a special Montgomery County program. Mishraky encourages anyone interested in exploring these homes to contact the sales team.
Now that Potomac Heights is open, those who have reserved a residence at Woodmont Terrace are able to get a glimpse of life at The Grandview with opportunities to tour homes and explore the fitness center, restaurants, and other amenities.
"Soon, we will be hosting an open house event for visitors to tour the bustling amenities in Potomac Heights," says Mishraky. "However, this event will be exclusive to Priority List members, so it's important to join the list to be invited."
The $1,000 deposit required to join the Priority List is completely refundable, if you change your mind.
To help Priority List members learn even more about The Grandview, Mishraky aims to establish an ambassador program with Potomac Heights residents who are excited to share their experiences.
Woodmont Terrace will also feature a range of impressive amenities, including a woodshop, reading room, media lounge, catering room, and an expanded medical center.
"There will also be a rooftop lounge and terrace with a fireplace to keep you warm in the cooler months," says Mishraky.
Residents will be able to take a short walk--via climate-controlled walkways--to Potomac Heights for meals with neighbors, a workout in the fitness center, and a variety of social activities.
"Some of the residences in Woodmont Terrace are really close to the restaurants in Potomac Heights, and access to Potomac Heights will be available on three different floors, as well as outside," Mishraky adds.
A unique opportunity
Once Woodmont Terrace sells out, the next opportunity to live at The Grandview won't come until the fall of 2028, when the third residence building is slated to open.
"That's almost three years from now. If you are currently on the Priority List and a home that meets your needs becomes available, you may still be able to secure a spot at Woodmont Terrace--if you are willing to act quickly," notes Mishraky. "If you are not on the list, your opportunity to live at The Grandview may be years away. This is your sign to join!"
