Class of 2011: Seniors Receive Academic Awards

Local students recognized for their achievements at annual senior awards ceremony.

During the recent senior awards ceremony at Broadneck High School, numerous students were recognized for academic achievement. 

Advanced Placement Diploma Endorsement -  These students earned all A’s and B’s (or one C) and earned a minimum of five AP credits in four of the five domains.

Jacob Baker:  CAT-South Superior Senior, STEM Award (1st place), Stevenson Merit College Scholarship, SkillsUSA Maryland State Competition 1st place, Gold Medal Winner for Opening and Closing Ceremonies;

Ryan Ferrell:  CAT-South Superior Senior in Auto Collision/Repair; and

Taylor Gilbert:  Johnson & Wales Presidential Scholarship.
