Drug Sweep Yields Heroin, Ecstasy; 6 Arrested: Police

Anne Arundel County Police charged four adults and two juveniles after a search warrant reportedly turned up drugs and paraphernalia.

Four adults from Baltimore and Frederick, as well as two teenagers, face multiple charges of trafficking heroin, marijuana and other drugs, police say.

Narcotics officers from the Anne Arundel County Police Department executed a narcotics search warrant Sept. 18 at 5249 Patrick Henry Drive in Baltimore. The search turned up heroin, marijuana, cocaine, MDMA (commonly called Ecstasy or Molly), a firearm, ammunition, cash and drug distribution paraphernalia, police said.

  • Heroin – 3.13 grams (estimated street value $360)
  • Marijuana – 31.24 grams (estimated street value $320)
  • Cocaine – 3.94 grams (estimated street value $394)
  • MDMA – 1.27 grams (estimated street value $150)
  • CDS distribution paraphernalia (digital scales, packaging materials)
  • Eagle shotgun
  • Ammunition to several different calibers of guns
  • $3,010 in cash

The suspects charged are:

  • Robert Christopher Rowe, 19, of Baltimore, possession of CDS not marijuana (3 charges); possession of CDS marijuana; possession of CDS with the intent to distribute (3 charges); possession of CDS paraphernalia; manufacture CDS; and possess a firearm while in nexus to a drug trafficking crime.
  • Sierra Alexis Alvarado, 19, of Heather Ridge Drive in Frederick, possession of CDS not marijuana (3 charges); possession of CDS marijuana; possession of CDS with the intent to distribute (3 charges); possession of CDS paraphernalia; manufacture CDS; and possess a firearm while in nexus to a drug trafficking crime.
  • Alec J Conley, 19, of Cresswell Road in Baltimore, possession of CDS not marijuana (3 charges); possession of CDS marijuana; possession of CDS with the intent to distribute (3 charges); possession of CDS paraphernalia; manufacture CDS; possess a firearm while in nexus to a drug trafficking crime; possession of ammunition being prohibited; and possession of a firearm being prohibited.
  • Alexander David Thomas, 20, of Edgevale Road in Baltimore, possession of CDS not marijuana (3 charges); possession of CDS marijuana; possession of CDS with the intent to distribute (3 charges); possession of CDS paraphernalia; manufacture of CDS; possess a firearm while in nexus to a drug trafficking crime; possession of ammunition being prohibited; and possession of a firearm being prohibited.
  • A 14-year-old boy charged on a juvenile citation
  • A 17-year-old boy charged on a juvenile citation
