Monday Essentials: The Week Ahead in Broadneck
A book signing by a local author, a walkable trail and more are coming this week in Broadneck.
- Arnold History Book Signing—Alberta Stornetta, author of the recently published Arnold, Maryland and Neighbors on the Broadneck will host a signing session at the Broadneck Library at 7 p.m. Monday.
- Broadneck Trail Phase Due for Completion—Take a look at the progress on the trail spanning a nearly 2-mile portion of College Parkway. The work is scheduled for completion at the end of the month, which means it may be walkable before the weekend.
- US Naval Academy Band Performs at City Dock—The United States Naval Academy Band will present a free concert by the Electric Brigade at the Annapolis City Dock (Susan B. Campbell Park) at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
- Police to Meet with Cape Neighborhood Watch—Due to a reported spike in crime over the summer, Eastern District police will meet with members of the Cape St. Claire neighborhood watch group on Thursday at 7 p.m. to discuss local crime issues.
- Local Theater Performs 'The Little Prince'—The Compass Rose Theater presents 'The Little Prince' starting at 7 p.m. Friday. Tickets are available online atwww.compassrosetheater.org.
