SRMS Student Poem Featured in Online Magazine

A Severn River Middle School student's poem, titled Return, was featured in the online magazine called My-Say this month..

My-Say is an online publication written by, and for, for middle school students across Maryland. It offers tweens and teens the opportunity to explore, learn and write about issues that interest them.

"The doors creaked closed so here I sit.
The land speeds by, and I think over it.
And no matter how far I dig and search
Gone are the places, people and words,
So now I can only dream and look ahead."
