Two Boaters Capsized, Rescued In The Magothy
One of them suffered a possible head injury. Luckily, they were both wearing life jackets.

BROADNECK, MD -- Around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday night a Catamaran capsized between Dobbins and Gibson Islands, authorities say. The two boaters were in the water, according to the Anne Arundel First Alert Facebook page.
Rescue boats were dispatched and the Special Operations team deployed their boat in the water near Broadneck peninsula. The two eventually were picked up by private boats, and authorities say they were both wearing life jackets.
One of the victims, a 19-year-old, was transported by a private boat to the Magothy Marina in Severna Park to be treated for a possible head injury. That victim was taken to Shock Trauma with non-life threatening injuries.
